발리에 처음 왔는데, 산자야(Sanjaya) 가이드님 덕분에 정말 좋은 여행을 하고 있습니다. 가이드님이 너무나 친절하시고, 안내와 설명도 정말 꼼꼼하고 유익해서 여행의 만족도가 훨씬 높아졌어요. 특히, 이동 중에 차가 많이 막혀 점심시간이 늦어졌는데, 산자야 가이드님이 신속하게 스케줄을 조정해 주신 덕분에 배고픔 없이 든든하게 식사하고 기분 좋게 다음 일정을 소화할 수 있었습니다. 세심한 배려에 다시 한번 진심으로 감사드립니다! P.S. 제가 무서운 걸 싫어해서 온천 패키지를 선택했는데, 덕분에 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보내고 있어요.

1. Car- Our driver Indra is super nice, giving us clear instructions whenever we arrive the destination. The car is also clean & comfortable, we fell asleep so many times. 2. Jeep tour - guide Koman took many beautiful photos for us. We lost our phone in the Jeep, he helped us to keep it till we went back to get it!🥺 Even though it’s cloudy day, but the view is still amazing. special. ***Don’t forget to stay warm during jeep tour, or just rent a blanket before you start the trip!*** 3. Coffee farm - Putu gave us very detailed explanation of how the farm works. Very different from the one I went before! 4. Overall highly recommend this trip. Batur mountain is very beautiful, the vibe in OMMA club is good, people made our trip special.

A very fun activity to do. the track is shoter than we hoped for but the excitement of riding the cart was even more overwhelming. the instructors did an amazing job ensuring we were well informed of the safety measures

We had an unforgettable experience in Mt Batur, thanks to the incredible hospitality and professionalism of Mas Made Dwi and Mas Ade! Mas Made Dwi, our Mount Batur jeep driver, was absolutely amazing — polite, friendly, and very proactive. He ensured we were comfortable throughout the ride, brought us to the perfect sunrise spot, and even helped us take stunning photos with great angles and lighting. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his guests the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone planning the Mount Batur sunrise trip! Mas Ade, who picked us up from our hotel and drove us around Kintamani, also deserves a big shoutout. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly hospitable — making the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. He made sure we were well taken care of and even shared local insights along the way, which added so much to our experience. Both drivers made our day trip seamless and memorable. Thank you, Mas Made and Mas Ade, for your service!
