The coordinator was prompt in his replies and assigned the photographer ahead of time. Communication was done via a groupchat in Wechat and they accommodated my request to change the meeting time on the day itself. The photographer was professional and knew all the best spots within the safari. It took him just 1 day to send all the photos and another day to edit the selected ones. Overall a very good experience!

Great that the app allowed purchase of the senior ticket. It was easy to scan at the entrance to enter the park at any of the entrances.

Poder-se-ia facilmente passar um dia inteiro no safari, pois é enorme! O bilhete inclui tanto o passeio de elétrico como o teleférico. O passeio de elétrico aproxima-o de animais como girafas e zebras. O teleférico tem uma linha circular que o leva de volta à estação onde embarcou. Existem também linhas que permitem desembarcar em diferentes paragens. Há sinalização em inglês para indicar a direção a seguir. Cada uma das zonas tem um animal característico, como a aldeia dos pandas, o parque dos elefantes, a zona dos predadores. O ponto alto foi ver o panda bebé Meizhu e a sua mãe Meng Meng. Existem também muitos restaurantes espalhados pelo parque e os preços variam entre 78-98 rmb por um menu. Definitivamente vale a pena uma visita, mesmo para adultos, e reserve tempo suficiente para ver todas as exposições.

A well maintained zoo with clean washrooms, numerous eateries, and facilities. They have a safari on wheels, a cable car that takes you across the zoo, and some live shows and parades too.
The animals looked well taken care of, and it surely was an impressive zoo.
Unfortunately, there aren't many options for vegetarians when it comes to lunch. Also, you aren't allowed to carry food inside, so plan accordingly. The pandas were super adorable, and it was overall a wonderful experience.
