ร้านเช่าชุดนี้ให้บริการดีมากๆ เราไปไม่ทันวันที่จองเนื่องจากวันนั่นฝนตก ทางร้านให้ความช่วยเหลือโดยให้เราสามารถเข้าใช้บริการในวันอื่นได้ และทางร้านตอบ email เร็วมาก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มบริการดีสุดๆ ชุดน่ารัก สะอาด มีพร้อปให้เลือกเยอะ

I availed the One star package in the Kawagoe Koeda Branch. They had a great selection and staff was very helpful. Definitely a must try.

服務人員非常仔細，雖然英文真的沒有很好，可是他們很認真溝通。如果有需要額外加價的話，都會事先說，但是免加價的部分，其實也已經有很多可以選了。他會準備一個很大的袋子，讓你把自己的東西都收在那邊。我覺得很貼心整個流程很順暢。很推薦，大家可以使用。

Very convenient to book even right on the way to Kawokoe, provided nice recommendations on kimono pick, would love to come again for the experience. Also very close to the Kawagoe train station. Must try!

very professional and great experience just nearby the old town

its time consuming to go to places so far away from the city centre. its nice to have a tour bus with a tour guide to show you around! would be much better if we had more time in Kawagoe!

導遊很棒，很親切，每次用日文說完，還會特地在用中文解說一遍。並且還會特地來跟我們說稍等的行程細節。

感謝劉導遊的帶隊 雖然行程本身很緊湊 但卻增收穫了不少歐米亞給！下回再來就有方向了
