My favourite out of all California hotels I’ve stayed at. Free mini bar was filled with canned drinks and milk for the coffee and tea! 10/10 well thought out. The shower, soaps and shampoos was the best luxuries in the room. 24 hour front desk service!

Excellent location! CVS was right around the corner! Food options were extremely convenient and a 2 min walk to Alameda Night Market! Excellent amenities and drinks given! loved it here!

this hotel was the most well thought out! free mini bar! room service was excellent and there’s a diner downstairs! didn’t need to worry about water as they had canned water! it was fantastic

朝食：日本から持参したカップラーメンを部屋前のエレベーターのところに24時間無料のお湯と水のサーバーで利用した 交通アクセス：ホテルから徒歩6分でユニオンステーション駅がありそこからドジャーズスタジアムまでの無料シャトルバスで行き帰り行けた。帰国の際、さのユニオンステーション駅から1人2000円ほどでロサンゼルス国際空港までのシャトルバスで行った。 清潔感：建物は古く感じるが、泊まる分には全く問題ない。部屋も洗面所もお風呂も綺麗に清掃してある。

Fantastic! self check in was a breeze! tons of working and charging areas. was in transit so the charging areas were important. Bed was the most comfortable on my trip. High end bathroom fittings. Great price! the only thing which could be better was a drinking water source than the sink tap in the room

Probably the best hotel in downtown LA! The room is really spacious and very clean. There are also various food and beverage shops just outside the hotel. There’s Starbucks and Marugame Udon just outside the hotel. Across the streets, you’ll see Jollibee and Taco Bell. For those the need extra clothes for a trip, Uniqlo is just outside the hotel which is really helpful. Fast check-in and check-out process. $200 security deposit for the entire stay. Lastly, a very elegant and relaxing lobby. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very new and trendy. Although the hotel room is a bit small, it's very comfortable. The lobby is nice and the breakfast is also great.
