电子票兑换防滑，正好是圣诞日去，特别有节日气氛，飘雪还有圣诞歌，小朋友特别开心。而且还可以近距离看企鹅蛮特别的。不过租借的用品比较残旧，维护也不够好。

好好玩，尤其是兩條滑梯玩了好多次，都未夠喉所以下次一定再來

Very good fun. We went on a weekday morning and there were no queue. Only a handful of other families. Very well serviced by staff. Well maintained. Every attraction was working. There were 3 main attractions. A snow area, penguins, tricycle rink. The penguins were quite a delight to watch. The place itself is decently large, but the snow area (where the slides are) are a lot smaller than advertised. The ice slide is definitely the main attraction. There are 3 slide options and they were good fun. The other 2 (toboggan and carousel) were fairly average. The klook voucher does provide some reasonable savings (compared to at door purchase). It is straight forward to use (just present the voucher at the bookings window). You will need to remember your linked ID (we had our passports but did not need to present it).

雖然冰極企鵝世界的空間不算大,但也玩得很開心,最好玩的是冰滑梯,玩了很多次都不會厭倦,其次就是可以在近距離見到可愛的企鵝,他們擺來擺去的動作非常有趣,這個遊玩的地點值得推薦給朋友！

孩子非常喜欢这地方，2.5小时，玩得都不想出来了。记得自带防水手套，场内只提供的防寒服和鞋套。防寒服都很干净呢！孩子玩得超开心的，我们非常满意！

It was really great. Had a great time with my kids. Rhey provide snow jacket and helmet but wear good shoes. It can be extremely slippery

The space much more smaller than expected. Good option if you just want to kill your time for indoor activity.

於聖誕假期中到訪，沒有很多人，小朋友玩雪、玩冰滑梯非常開心，可是企鵝巡遊沒有舉行，有點失望！
