Driver Mr. Fan was very nice and helpful throughout the journey, and we truly appreciated his professionalism. However, we had some concerns with the company’s booking process and pricing transparency. After confirming our booking, the company informed us via text that the booking was full and offered to find another car for us at an additional cost of 3000 yen. This unexpected extra charge was disappointing, as we felt this should have been managed without placing the burden on the customer. Additionally, the price quoted for the day trip did not include expressway tolls and parking fees, which significantly increased the total cost. For fixed routes, it would be better if these additional charges were already included in the quoted price, as it provides greater clarity upfront. Overall, while the driver’s service was excellent, the experience could have been smoother with more transparent pricing and better management of booking issues.
