Passeio de Snorkel de Um Dia na Ilha Sapi de Kota Kinabalu e Colina Kokol Elf

Conhecemos o Alex, um guia muito simpático, e embora houvesse alguns momentos um pouco entediantes, acho que vale a pena dedicar um dia para ter essa experiência especial.

O serviço local é muito bom, mas o serviço da plataforma precisa ser melhorado. Se uma reserva inadequada para estrangeiros for feita, o sistema da plataforma deveria cancelá-la e pedir ao usuário para fazer uma nova reserva, a fim de evitar problemas com pagamentos adicionais.

Well organized. Pick up was on time, food was good. My family enjoyed the snorkeling and beach activities. Kakal Hill Elf visit was awesome. Tour guide was friendly and accommodating

Sapi is a good small island to visit but has a limited snorkeling area for 'safety', and one needs to pay more to get outside the zone to see real fish. It sets you to pay the base + add-on(s), so smart and defeats the freedom of nature exploration vs exploitation of it. Lunch is alot but not of quality, better full than go hungry after swimming yea. The kokol elf is really not worth the 30-45 minutes travel although it is something different. A 10-15 minutes wrap up the hill ride. Midway through the snorkeling session, the organizer even wants to cancel the trip on the pretext of "raining" as an excuse. FYI, the weather is super hot throughout the heat-wave seasons, were told by the kokol operator not even a drop of rain. Offered to refund RM20 / pax while it was RM70/pax on Klook. Refusing to be short-changed, the tour operator's manager suddenly changed his mind to resume the kokol elf trip but another driver just to fetch us, one family only. Now it is clear why our original tour guide informs us to speak with his manager directly. Though professionally executed, the intent was not an ill one.

É muito caro para não-malaios e não vale o preço. Primeiramente, a maioria dos funcionários na ilha fala apenas malaio. Durante o embarque, eles apenas conversam e explicam o itinerário aos malaios sem cumprimentar os participantes não-malaios. Em segundo lugar, pude perceber o profissionalismo questionável da equipe. Por exemplo, o guia principal ficou conversando em particular com uma única participante durante toda a atividade e negligenciou os outros participantes. Enquanto o guia disse que partiríamos às 18h, ele de repente estendeu o horário por meia hora para ter mais conversas particulares e tirar fotos exclusivamente para a garota. No final, tivemos que esperar por eles quase 40 minutos por causa do relacionamento íntimo deles.

Food served were not good. Does not worth to visit kokol hill as is a run down place, take a few pics and left.

The staffs are friendly but the food for lunch is not great.

O transporte foi ótimo, pontual e com um motorista e guia muito simpáticos. Infelizmente, o tempo não estava muito bom, então as atividades aquáticas na ilha Sapi foram limitadas (apenas parasailing ou jet ski), a água também estava suja devido a uma tempestade no dia anterior, então não havia nada para ver no snorkeling... muito mau timing, já que não há muito o que fazer na ilha se o mar não estiver bom, mas com certeza pode ser uma experiência muito diferente com um tempo melhor e um sol agradável. (Não podemos controlar o tempo...) O almoço também não foi agradável, a comida não era boa e com porções muito pequenas para todos. Sobre Kokol Hill, ficava a cerca de 40-45 minutos de carro do centro de KK, e não valeu a pena, foi uma grande perda de tempo. (bom tempo ou não)

I was very unhappy with this trip. This program involves swinging at Coco Hill after a trip to Sapi Island. As you know, the reason for swinging at Coco Hill is to take pretty pictures. A lot of women go there. So I thought they would have a proper shower or fitting room in the middle. So I asked them if they had a place to shower or hang up our clothes. They said there was. I believed that. However, the place they guided me to was the very simple shower room. It was a place where people moving from island to island lightly washed off the salt. There wasn't even enough water to wash my hair. When I asked the guide, he said that other people had no complaints about this. It is said that they changed their clothes here and went to Coco Hill. When I asked other people in the shower room, they said that some people shower with a bidet in the bathroom, wash their hair, and change their clothes. I don't think they had any complaints. Since it was a trip and they probably wouldn't come back, they wanted to think about it as positively as possible. When I complained, they responded by saying they told me there was a shower room. This is a deception. They didn't answer me well enough. In the first place, they did not create a proper program and did not provide sufficient facilities. People trust Klook’s reputation and choose products. This company deceives people based on their trust in Klook. How much doubt should I be when choosing a travel product from Klook? Who would use Klook if they responded in such a deceptive manner when inquiring with the company, if they were trying to deceive people? They said they had a shower room and repeated the same thing. Even when I told them that I couldn't wash enough here and that there wasn't a place to change, they just kept repeating that I could do it here. Companies like this should not be on Klook. It will only tarnish Klook’s reputation. At least they shouldn't make programs like this. They deceive customers, or at least embarrass them by tempting them with flashy photos without knowing their needs. My group and I, who couldn't shower, ended up not going to Coco Hill. And this company gave us no compensation.

Parece que não há necessidade de visitar Coco Hill. O Sea Walking em Sapi Island foi realmente divertido.
