Excursão de um dia para pequenos grupos às Cavernas Waitomo e Te Puia Rotorua

Hanoz foi o nosso guia. Ele fez com que os 8 do grupo se apresentassem. Gostei mais das cavernas. O meu filho adora os géiseres. De qualquer forma, adorei o facto de terem sido generosos com a água engarrafada e os lanches. O transporte deles permite carregar os telemóveis. A experiência de alimentar avestruzes foi divertida.

A única coisa que torna esta excursão um pouco cansativa é a recolha às 5h45 da manhã, mas pode dormir no carro 💤. A viagem é bastante longa, por isso pode descansar no carro. Há três atrações no destino. A primeira, que é imperdível, é ver os pirilampos, vale a pena ir. A segunda atração é a escola de artesanato indígena e a visita a uma espécie de pássaro da Nova Zelândia, o Kiwi. A terceira atração é ver a erupção de enxofre, o que também vale a pena ver e pode rejuvenescer a sua pele em 20 anos 👍🏾. No geral, é bastante confortável, com transporte durante todo o percurso e locais como cafés para descansar, lanches e casas de banho! O veículo pode acomodar 11 pessoas, e se não houver muitas pessoas, é confortável. O guia e o motorista são a mesma pessoa (GRANT), e ele é muito claro ao levá-lo aos pontos turísticos, informando a que horas partir e a que horas se encontrar! Ele também explica o que há de divertido nas atrações. Além disso, ele explica no carro e apresenta as paisagens locais 👍🏾. Na verdade, acho que este passeio da Klook é bom, um pequeno grupo e não há muitas pessoas! Será muito mais pontual!

Super fun tour! We had Dave as our guide and he was really efficient and knowledgeable about everything, and also brought us to spots that weren't part of the original tour since we had extra time! Dave also provided us bottled water and snacks and helped us take photos throughout the tour. Would love to travel with him again :)

Totally great tour!! We went to not only scheduled spot like Waitomo cave, Te Puia and Rotorua but also suspension bridge, feeding a ostrich, and Tip Top ice cream. The driver Jeff guided New Zealand while driving. The tour schedule was not too tough. I thought the tour price is pretty expensive at first, but I definitely experienced valuable things.

I had a lovely tour with our tour guide Michael who was very engaged and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the culture and shared lots of interesting facts with us. The transfer to different sites was smooth and easy. The morning drive out to our first site was so beautiful as we were able to catch the sunrise. Out of the two places, my favourite was the glow worm caves - highly recommend!!! The limestone “cathedral” was a sight to remember and the glow worms were truly magical. No photos allowed until the end but was still able to catch some on camera. We learned a lot about Moari culture, how they live and respect the land. We were able to get some food on the way as well - a quick pie stop in the morning and also a cafe at Te Puia in the afternoon for a quick bite before the second tour started. Not too much traffic and we ended the tour on time, dropped off at the our different pick up spots. Overall, a great experience and grateful to Michael for the lovely chat the entire ride!

it’s was a long trip but very unique. I appreciate the driver and the whole process was smooth from pick up to drop off. join this if you are solo traveler and want to experience cultures and nature outside Auckland

Really good and informative guide and overall flow was really good. Although at times it was quite rushed because we had places to get to. Just a heads up. But was worth it as it is pretty difficult to finish this itinerary on your own.

Pick-up was there at meet up point as scheduled. Waitomo Cave is really one of a kind with the glow worms and it's a very surreal experience! Also got to see an actual Kiwi Bird at Te Puia. Wasn't fortunate enough to see geyser activities much, though. Overall, worth it experience for the price and convenience.

My tour guide and driver was amazing. Very organised and gave lots of interesting and relavant information including historical, geograpgic and cutural. He was clear about where we were going, what to expect and where and how to meet up again. He made sure we were comfortable, had snacks and water if needed and negotiated comfort abd other interesting stops too. The caves were amazing and the Rotorua visit was incredible. Both had well informed and excellent local guides. Rotorua was on my bucket list since a child and it didn't disappoint. There was lots of additional Maori cutural knowledge, history and customs shared as well. Thank you.

Coach/Driver Mike is very friendly and informative, providing us lots of information and brought us to a very good resto for lunch. The wormcave and te puia were worth to visit!
