Really happy I did this Thai cooking class before my flight home. The owners were super friendly and welcoming, and the chef made everything so easy to follow and interactive. We made these delicious dishes ourselves and everything turned out amazing! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Phuket.

This was by far our favourite experience in Phuket. Chele, our guide and teacher was funny, knowledgeable and an incredible chef. She made the whole experience both entertaining and easy to follow. The visit to the local market gave us a fascinating insight into the traditional Thai ingredients, fresh produce, seafood, and meats making us appreciate the incredible flavours that go into Thai cuisine. The highlight was cooking the dishes ourselves, we were all amazed at just how delicious everything turned out! It was a fun, hands on experience from start to finish, and one we would recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. If I could I would give this class 10 stars, I absolutely would!

The experience with Arun Thai was incredible. I really enjoyed taking the tuktuk to the market. I got to see the local ingredients and also tasted some of the seasonal fruits. Love the local experience! The decor of the school is amazing with nice crafty vibes. very cosy and homely environment. The teacher was very patient with clear instructions. I felt it was the best phad thai that I ever had, great balance of flavour. We also got to experience making Somtum the local way. It was very appetising and refreshing. Very thankful of the great hospitality from the team! Thank you for taking great photos of us and the recipes!

Este adorável local escondido numa aldeia tranquila perto do Aeroporto de Phuket é ideal para visitar logo após a aterragem, com um valor incrível e vegetação exuberante por todo o lado. O simpático proprietário de Singapura cozinhou ao meu lado, traduziu pacientemente e até partilhou ótimas dicas de viagem locais como meu guia pessoal. As receitas são simples de recriar e ficam maravilhosas. A sua doce namorada continuou a tirar fotos e vídeos de toda a experiência divertida. Vale totalmente a pena vir!

Se você está visitando Phuket com a família, reserve esta aula. Sério. 😆 Tivemos um tempo tão divertido do começo ao fim. O passeio pelo mercado foi uma ótima experiência. Pudemos aprender sobre ingredientes locais, ervas e especiarias que normalmente não conheceríamos muito. O chef foi paciente, experiente e tornou tudo fácil de seguir, mesmo para iniciantes completos. Desde o preparo até a montagem dos pratos, tudo foi prático e bem organizado. As receitas eram simples o suficiente para recriar em casa, mas cheias de autênticos sabores tailandeses. O que mais amei foi que não era apenas uma aula de culinária, tornou-se uma atividade familiar onde todos se envolveram, riram, cozinharam juntos e desfrutaram de uma refeição fantástica no final. Sem complicações, sem estresse, apenas boa comida e ótimas lembranças. Altamente recomendado para famílias, grupos de amigos ou qualquer pessoa que ame comida tailandesa. P.S. Da próxima vez, eu pularia o restaurante e voltaria direto para cá. Fizemos comida deliciosa o suficiente para alimentar um exército! 😆🍳✨

My friends and I spent a week in Phuket and were looking for a fun activity to do together. Since we had previously enjoyed a cooking class at Arun Thai Cooking School in Bangkok, we were excited to discover that they have opened a new branch in Phuket. The experience was as enjoyable as we remembered. The chef spoke good English, making the class easy to follow and entertaining. We especially enjoyed the tuk-tuk ride to the local market, where we got to learn more about the fresh ingredients used in Thai cuisine. The school is modern, clean, and conveniently located in Bangtao, close to our hotel. The staff were very warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the morning. We had a good time cooking, learning, and sharing the experience together. It was a wonderful way to spend a morning in Phuket, and I would highly recommend Arun Thai Cooking School to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable activity.

Reservamos uma aula de culinária com um tour pelo mercado durante nossa viagem em família, e foi um dos pontos altos de nossas férias. O tour pelo mercado foi uma ótima experiência para minha filha, que raramente visita mercados úmidos em Singapura. Também foi divertido ter meus pais conosco. Juntamente com o chef, eles compartilharam dicas sobre como escolher ingredientes frescos, e as crianças aprenderam muito ao longo do caminho. O chef tornou a aula divertida e envolvente, apesar de falar apenas inglês básico. Os pratos estavam deliciosos e fáceis de preparar em família. Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso nos unindo e com certeza voltaríamos para aprender mais pratos no futuro.

Reservamos uma aula de culinária para nossa família de 9 pessoas durante nossa recente viagem a Phuket, e foi uma experiência excelente. Raramente cozinho, na verdade, a última vez que entrei em uma cozinha para fazer algo foi há mais de 10 anos. We had such a great experience at this cooking school! The class was both fun and very educational. We received a warm welcome, and since we happened to be the only participants that day, we ended up having a private cooking class, which made the experience even more special. Our instructor spoke excellent English, explained every step clearly, and was always happy to help if something didn’t go as planned. She patiently answered all of our questions with detailed explanations, which made it easy to learn and understand the techniques. We prepared four delicious dishes, and we learned so much throughout the class. Everything we made tasted amazing! Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and passionate. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting the area. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely worth it!
