Tive uma experiência absolutamente inesquecível com este workshop de madrepérola em Seul. De tudo o que fiz durante a minha viagem, esta foi verdadeiramente uma das atividades mais significativas e memoráveis. Desde o momento em que cheguei, pude sentir que esta não era apenas uma atividade turística típica, mas uma experiência cultural cuidadosamente elaborada. O espaço em si é lindamente projetado – calmo, artístico e inspirador. Imediatamente define o tom para uma experiência criativa e imersiva. Cada detalhe, desde os materiais até a atmosfera, parecia intencional e cuidadosamente preparado. O processo do workshop foi incrivelmente envolvente. Mesmo sendo um completo iniciante, nunca me senti sobrecarregado. As instruções eram claras, detalhadas e fáceis de seguir, permitindo-me desfrutar plenamente do processo de projetar e criar a minha própria peça. Trabalhar com madrepérola é algo verdadeiramente especial; a forma como reflete a luz e revela diferentes cores é hipnotizante. Senti que estava a criar algo genuinamente único.

Nosso grupo de quatro pessoas encontrou esta joia e acabou sendo o ponto alto de toda a nossa viagem a Seul. June, o proprietário, é incrivelmente acolhedor, experiente e apaixonado pela herança cultural coreana. Desde o momento em que entramos, ele fez com que nós quatro nos sentíssemos em casa. Ele nos guiou pacientemente por todo o processo de criação com madrepérola, compartilhando a história por trás do najeonchilgi, enquanto garantia que todos em nosso grupo se sentissem apoiados. Apesar de sermos um grupo de quatro, ninguém se sentiu apressado ou ignorado. Nós rimos, aprendemos e criamos juntos — cada um saindo com uma peça artesanal única que guardaremos para sempre. The place was really calm and peaceful while the teacher was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. There are many colorful pieces and using the different shapes made from abalone shell was really interesting.

This was one of the best experiences I had in Seoul. It’s the best kind of frustrating, when you’re working hard and trying to learn, and with guidance, you’re able to make something beautiful. I recommend making a mirror so that you can use it everyday. June, the owner, was very helpful and kind. I want to go back and make more again someday. Also, check out the boxes he designed himself. They’re amazing!

we had a wonderful experience at the workshop. the work space was calm and welcoming with soothing music that really helped encourage creativity. The instructor was calm and friendly with a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend, especially if you want a little recharge day

An absolutely wonderful experience. The location was easy to find. Our instructor was very friendly and explained things clearly. We are all so happy with our final results. Definitely worth checking out and great value for the price!

we had a wonderful time making our mother of pearls crafts. The matierials provided were amazing quality. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. we enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly and were sad when it came to and end. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm in part thanks to the space, music, and delicious Rice Tea. I highly recommend it to anyone interest in mother of pearl and traditional arts and crafts.

Me and my friend were so happy throughout the experience: we were initially introduced by the teacher to all the instruments and materials, then we were given a video in order to menage it to follow the instructions step by step. But the teacher was really kind and always ready to help whenever he saw us struggling or when we would call him. Furthermore he would chat with us about daily things so it was delightful to sit there, doing relaxing crafts while chatting. An we made such a precious thing. Absolutely to repeat it again.
