Cruzeiro de Luxo Hera: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

so grateful I choose Hera. Eventough so many people choose the cheaper options to Ha Long Bay Area (visit Sung Sot Cave & Ti Top Island), but I prefer Hera Cruise which is most likely exploring the Lan Ha Bay area instead of Ha Long Bay. The 2 bays are neighbouring but Lan Ha Bay is more private, quiter and less touristy. The price of the cruise is truly reasonable. Since I was going on low season (June), the cruise was not full so our lunch was converted to a set course. Surprisingly GOOD! We have welcome drink + 6 courses (and order additional water & ice tea throughout the day). We also remember Jenny, the staff who accompany us from the beginning. She was so kind, no pushy for upselling, able to speak english, and good hospitality. Yes Hera leaves one hour earlier than the other cruises, but it makes the journey has lesser rush. Got back to old quarter by 7pm and after the trip ended, we can still have an enjoyable on time dinner. Oh the VIP limousine bus was also great. So comfy.

this cruise was amazing definitely five stars the food was unbelievable . Linh Was my server and she was amazing making sure I was happy. You get to choose between kayaking or a bamboo boat cruise through the caves. I choose the boat cruise that was manoeuvered by a Vietnamese lady. It was amazing not quite the cave of Phong Nah but still really amazing to watch would highly recommend for anybody that wants to do a cruise that’s a little bit more of a highest standard than a party cruise

Our experience with Hera Luxury Cruises was fantastic from start to finish. It began with a very direct and easy booking through Klook, followed by a seamless limousine transfer. The van arrived exactly on time, and the massage chairs made the ride incredibly comfortable. It was a relief that every part of the schedule was handled with such punctuality. The cruise itself is a beautiful, brand-new ship kept in pristine condition. We were lucky to enjoy a quiet atmosphere with only 27 guests on a vessel built for 200, which made the great ambience even better. The guide and staff were polite and helpful, especially when assisting us with kayaking and the cooking course. The sunset party with the crew was an astonishing highlight that topped off the day. From the cleanliness to the hospitality, the whole experience was worth every star. I highly recommend Hera for anyone wanting a high-quality, stress-free day on the bay!

Amazing Cruise and Tranquil waters. The cruise managers and cruise staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to Linh for todays impeccable service! Chose Lan Ha Bay for calm and peaceful cruise and Hera delivered it amazingly. I would highly recommend. The food was great, got vegetarian Indian food after confirming our preferences. Thank you everyone!

Had a wonderful time and this cruise made to the highlight list of my trip..The staff was extremely helpful and too nice with all the guests.. they helped the elderly and also connected with the young folks one to one. the bamboo dance was a new experience and felt really special.. special thanks to Linh and Davis for their excellent service and making our trip memorable. Linh helped us throughout the day with our requests and made sure we’re having a good time. Davis made sure that we know about the places we’re visiting and that we’re safe while exploring the surroundings. The cruise had few solo travellers and they made sure they don’t feel left out.The cruise is very well maintained .. The food was top notch!! cheers!

Durante esta viagem de cruzeiro à Baía de Ha Long, sentimo-nos muito agradados. Todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos, especialmente a Sra. Linh, que serviu a nossa mesa. Ela é uma senhora doce e alegre. E o Gerente, Sr. Tam, apresentou-nos a história da Baía de Ha Long, o que nos fez entender melhor por que a Baía de Ha Long é tão famosa. E o Sr. William também foi muito prestativo. Ele apresentou o nosso itinerário no barco. E tivemos a oportunidade de assistir à dança do bambu e de participar. Foi tão emocionante e feliz. Muito obrigado a toda a equipe do cruzeiro por nos servir. Voltarei novamente com os meus amigos.

Durante o Festival da Primavera, minha família e eu participamos do cruzeiro de luxo Hera Day Cruise. A experiência foi excelente. O cruzeiro é muito novo, navega de forma muito estável e tem três andares no total. O primeiro andar é o restaurante, o segundo tem sofás e cabines, e o terceiro é o bar. Como não havia muitos turistas no dia em que fomos, não estava nada lotado. A vista do convés é muito ampla, permitindo uma apreciação de 360 graus da paisagem da Baía de Lan Ha. A tripulação foi muito calorosa e amigável, especialmente o guia turístico Han, cujo serviço foi muito profissional e atencioso, sempre aparecendo prontamente quando precisávamos de ajuda. Devido ao número insuficiente de hóspedes, o almoço não foi buffet, mas sim um menu fixo. O sabor também foi muito bom. O cruzeiro partiu às 11h, a paisagem da Baía de Lan Ha é linda, e no meio do caminho, um pequeno barco nos levou para um passeio de caverna, uma experiência muito especial. O toboágua e o mergulho também foram muito divertidos, e embora fosse fevereiro, a água do mar não estava fria. Este cruzeiro Hera Day Cruise teve um excelente custo-benefício. Agradeço à equipe Hera e espero poder experimentar outros cruzeiros Hera na próxima vez.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Experiência Incrível de Dia Inteiro com o Hera Luxury Cruise! Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso no cruzeiro de dia inteiro Hera Luxury. Desde o momento em que embarcamos, a equipe foi calorosa, atenciosa e muito profissional. O barco em si era lindo, limpo e confortável, com bastante espaço para relaxar e apreciar a paisagem deslumbrante. O itinerário foi bem organizado e sem pressa. Visitamos formações de calcário de tirar o fôlego e exploramos cavernas. Cada parada foi memorável e perfeitamente cronometrada. O almoço a bordo estava delicioso, com uma grande variedade de frutos do mar frescos e pratos vietnamitas. A apresentação e o serviço foram excelentes — realmente parecia uma experiência de luxo. No geral, foi um dos pontos altos da nossa viagem e definitivamente vale a pena para quem visita a Baía de Halong. Altamente recomendado!
