I booked 12 paxat Table in celebration of my niece's 18th birthday. Communication with the staff was poor. We had to wait two to three days for a reply. If we didn't follow up on our message, we wouldn't receive any response. When we did follow up, they would ask what the issue was. I booked nine vouchers for adults for dinner, and they didn't confirm my booking until klook had to cancel automatically and issue refund. I had to call them since I purchased another nine vouchers for dinner, as my first booking was automatically canceled by Klook when tong yang did not confirm my booking on my first try. There was nothing exceptional about the food. While they had a wide array of choices, the taste wasn't there, even with the soup options. It doesn't taste as authentic as it's supposed to be.
