I booked beach yoga because I wanted to gain a special experience of Phuket travel with my 3rd grader son. Mr. Deepak from Adi Yoga Center was from Rishikesh, India, full of love and passion for yoga. Beach yoga. I'm leaving with such a beautiful memory. 해변에서 요가하는 로망이 있어서 했는데 1시간 꽉꽉 채워서 최대한 많은걸 알려주셔서 돈이안아까워요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ하타요가부터 알려주시는데 땀을 엄청 흘리고 왔습니다! 그리고 썬크림 꼭 바르고가시고 예약 5분전까지 빠통비치말고 학원앞으로 오라고 적여있어서 갔는데 예약시간보다 5분정도 늦어서 급한마음으로 갔는데 선생님께서 기다리고 계셨어요ㅎㅎ 학원은 큰길아니고 좀 안쪽이여서 지도 잘보고 가셔야할거에요! 푸켓와서 특별한 체험 하고싶다면 강추드려요!

Great experience! It’s perfect for all levels. I’m a beginner and enjoyed it so much. The instructor was very patient, supportive, and mindful of the different skill levels, making sure everyone had a great experience. They also took some lovely photos for us, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended!

I had a blast and tried some new positions! super grateful for this time and opportunity to do this in Phuket the instructior was amazing and super helpful! (find them on google since the app take a large percentage from these small business)
