Sessão de Treino no Ginásio Thaphae Muay Thai em Chiang Mai

Although the gym was rather small but there were 3 trainers for our group of 4 participants. The training was intense and it was really a good workout by learning the basics of Muay Thai. It would be perfect if can get into the ring and train.

90分鐘的團體課程相當有趣而充實，運動強度算蠻高的，沒有運動底子會稍微辛苦，沒有特別依能力分組，但教練對初學者會練一下基本動作。會帶熱身，也會定時請大家補水。現場有飲水機，可以自己帶水壺或瓶子去裝。記得帶毛巾與一套乾淨的衣服去換。

Great and wonderful Muay Thai gym! The training was intense yet enjoyable, and the coaches were very supportive and professional. The environment is motivating and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every session and would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to learn or improve Muay Thai.

치앙마이 2주 여행 중 2주차에 9살 딸, 남편과 함께 무에타이 그룹수업을 들었어요. 생각보다 힘들었지만 그 이상으로 너무 재밌어서 “진작 했으면 몇 번 더 했을 텐데!” 싶을 정도로 만족스러웠어요. 숙소와 가까워 선택한 곳이었는데, 선생님들이 밝고 친절하고 자세하게 알려줘서 가족 모두 금방 빠져들었어요. 특히 딸이 “또 오자!”라고 할 만큼 즐거워했어요. 가족 체험으로 완전 강추합니다! 🥊✨

It was my first lesson of myah thai. I love the teacher Nock. He was so kind and patient! Besides teaching basic steps, he also taught the theory behind each posture. I love myah thai very much. I high recommend it to others.

コーチも参加者もフレンドリーでとても楽しかったです。初心者用にパンチとキックのしかたから教えてくれるので初心者でも問題なく楽しめると思います。コーチの中には少し日本語を喋れる人もいて楽しかったです。スタッフの方は体験中に動画や写真を撮ってくださりあとからairdropで写真を頂くことが出来ました！

只是在清邁四天！已經第二次去了！學到很多有用的泰拳技巧！教練亦會因材施教及非常有趣！就算只是一個人去，都非常適合！最尾還買了紀念品！很好的體驗！如果喜歡泰拳，一定要去試一次！

Super fun class! The instructors are professional but make it really enjoyable. Great way to learn Thai boxing.

in just 90 mins, we learned a lot. this activity is not for people who are simply looking for something fun. in those 90 minutes, it felt like a real training. just the warm-up was already exhausting and while the instructors were kind, we've really felt their discipline and how it influenced us throughout the session. we went home with sore bodies; the experience was totally legit!
