Khao Lak: Rafting em Jangadas de Bambu e Aventura no Centro de Conservação de Tartarugas Marinhas

Bamboo Rafting was nice if you prefer relax experience. Boat rafting sounds more fun. ATV ride was amazing and easy. You get to shower the elephant which is amazing. Food was nice - chicken dishes. Felt cool in cave though a small cave. Pongpong, our guide, was very helpful.

My mom and I booked this tour through Klook, and overall we had a very enjoyable experience. The journey itself takes quite a while — around 2 to 2.5 hours — but everything was well organized. We were picked up directly from our hotel, and since our group was small, the transfer felt very comfortable and relaxed. The tour started with a peaceful bamboo rafting experience along the river, which was a great way to enjoy the natural surroundings. After that, we stopped at a base where we were shown some adorable turtles and even had a chance to take photos with them. Next came one of the highlights — meeting the elephant. We were able to bathe and wash it, which was truly a memorable and special experience. After the activities, we were taken to have lunch. The food was homemade, very clean, and nicely prepared. There was also a small waterfall nearby where we could swim and relax, which was a lovely bonus.

bamboo rafting with self-grinder coffee served in a bamboo cup was fun and interesting. The lunch served and the turtle conservation center, which we only saw a few large turtles, were a bit sad. Samed Nang She viewpoint was very scenic. We are glad that we booked through Klook as at least the service providers Klook worked with are legit and reliable.

В целом понравилась вся программа. Бамбуковый рафтинг произвел очень хорошее впечатление. Отличная альтернатива для тех, кто не любит экстремальные виды оттыха, очень умиротворяет, классный опыт. Увидели змей, лягушек, предлагают возможность самим поуправлять плотом. Реабилитационный центр для черепах тоже отличная возможность увидеть морских черепах пусть и не естественной среде обитания, плюс еще и сделать вклад в развитие центра. Ехать достаточно долго, но дорога сама по себе очень живописная, можно рассмотреть нетуристическую часть острова. Тоже как отдельная эксурсия. Водопад был небольшим, т.к. мы были в сухой сезно, но вполне можно даже искуаться, очень освежает. Храм обезъян тоже дает разные возможности - можно посмотреть на обезъянок, а можно зайти в сам храм. В целом интересная программа и хорошая организация. Сапсибо за впечатления

If you enjoy painfully long sleepy car rides to and between each activity then this is the programme for you! It was almost as if we didn't have a tour guide, we were left to explore and eat "lunch" mostly on our own. Bamboo rafting and ATV were the most fun, thanks to the staff at these facilities who looked after us and were entertaining. The baby turtles were lovely to see but to be honest, the rest could have been given a miss to drive us back to hotel sooner.

Very poor. Those considering should note the location is well outside Phuket expect long commute if you're in south Phuket (2.5 hours each way). The bamboo rafting was pleasant enough but only lasted about half an hour. At the end we were asked for tips by the rafters who ungratefully scoffed when we gave them THB100 each. Lunch was served a 30 minute drive away, in the vicinity of a waterfall. Food was ok, waterfall was underwhelming - don't expect Niagara, it's about 4 feet high. We had no choice but to make the most of it due to needing to wait for others sharing our transport (strangers not in our party) to finish their activities and have their lunch. After a 30 minute transfer back to the base camp, we picked up some more people and then headed home. No sea turtles at all! I have complained to the tour operator (Northern Allstar) about the very poor standand and missing sea turtles. No response. Spend your hard earned on something else, this is very poor value and use of time.
