We didn’t like that there were a bunch of ants inside the room and all kinds of bugs in hallways. The breakfast choices were fair. Staffs were wonderful - always ready to help their guests for anything.

Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property!

The resort was a bit worn, it looked like it would have been fabulous in its day, but needs a bit of care to bring it up to scratch. Some of the staff were great, but most were a little bit rude, especially the bar staff.
I did feel safe staying here however which was nice.

Bom Room was run down. Definitely in need of updating. Front desk Staff was attentive. Outside dining staff needs further training! Resort is a bit out of town. Not conveniently located. Water runs hot to cold in the shower. Water pressure not steady.

Excellent room and very comfortable bed and pillows.
Dining was exceptional with a band that played great music. The server Pepay for our dinners was outstanding and created one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Overall my stay was great. Housekeeping was unusual- some days no towels, others no shower cap etc so I was on the phone each day for some things. One day we had no hot water in the shower so this had to be addressed as well

Service was exceptional. They seemed to run out of certain items that you should not run out of. No cheese for an omelette ?? Other menu items were unavailable also. Overall it was a nice stay
