The pool area and the general amenities of the hotel are good, however the restaurant is a little over the top with their menu and a lack of options for less pretentious strange dishes. The pool bar menu is ok, but the decision to stop serving it and stop serving pool side drinks at 6pm is bizarre to me. Our air con didn’t work for the duration of the trip even though we did report it twice, no maintenance was offered. We were also continually called with noise complaints for speaking in the most low audio volume, which I found oppressive. I would not return to the hotel, but they could improve it so easily.

We had an amazing stay!! The property is so calm and relaxing. Everything is clean. The restaurant was great too!

We had a nice stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the location. It was central to many beautiful spots around Mallorca, including Formentor, Pollensa, Alcudia, and Deià. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were good. Housekeeping was very thorough, and we appreciated their attention to detail. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax, just like many of the other guests were doing. The breakfast selection was very good. However, it was a bit surprising that barista-made coffee wasn’t offered, even though there was a professional machine. Guests were directed to use the self-service instant coffee machine instead, which felt a bit out of place and should be offered. There is a tennis court on site, which is a great feature, although we were surprised there was a €30 fee to rent the equipment. The service on arrival could have been warmer and more engaging, but overall we appreciated the stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you!

Very quiet, clean, modern hotel. Great restaurant. Not much in the immediate area. Would recommend a hire car if you ever intend to leave.

Doesn’t deliver against its so called 4+ star rating. Checked in at 20.45 and was told the hotel couldn’t provide me with any food. The hotel is in a remote location, it does not provide room service, and the small restaurant (the only option) was full and couldn’t accommodate me. The restaurant needs to be booked ‘weeks in advance’, I was told. I didn’t care where I ate. After forty-five minutes and a visit to the restaurant to talk to the manager, I was told it was all a huge misunderstanding and that I could order food from the restaurant but would need to carry it to my room myself. Eventually I ordered a cheeseboard and it was agreed that somebody would bring it to my room. The room had picturesque views and a tasteful interior. However there were no tissues, no complimentary water (the hotel sent some with my cheeseboard), and horrible, poor quality self-patterned towels. The room was 29C and took around two hours to cool. The plumbing made loud noises intermittently throughout the night. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, however service was chaotic at breakfast and by the pool. (Wrong order at breakfast.) The food though is good. Best scrambled eggs ever and an authentic tagliatelle pesto.

Pros The pool and overall views were lovely, and restaurant/poolside staff were attentive. Cons But there was no in-room service — we couldn’t get water or an ice bucket, and incorrect bathroom amenities from day one were never fixed. A bed cover left on the floor stayed untouched our entire stay. In our friends’ room, a used cleaning cloth was left on the nightstand.

Beautiful hotel in the countryside but still an easy drive into Palma. And, great staff and concierge services.

Great service with high quality facilities in a dream location. A perfect getaway place in the middle of the island and close to cute small towns

I wish we had more time there
