The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Unless this is solved I really can’t stay and work at this hotel. As part of the Accor chain you would think this is straight forward, but NO. I stay in Chinese national hotels that support VPN. This is really shocking this day and age and I have discussed with the hotel and so has my company ... no improvement 😡

Ótimo Only week point is internet speed / connects drops out. So frustrating for a top chain hotel that was recently opened. Internet connection and speed should not be an issue this day and age. Apart from that, everything excellent

Located in a very convenient place. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is new and clean, but it was disappointed that TV controller did not work well and was not able to watch any TV programs.

It locates in a very convenient area which has many restaurants or shops. Room is clean and amenities are good. Some drinks in a fridge were offered free of charge. It was regret that TV controller did not work well and I could not watch any TV during my stay.

Spacious room, comfy bed, great location (in a modern yet quieter area of Suzhou and located near metro station), easy to find taxis nearby, good eateries nearby.

Ótimo Overall I’m happy with my stay, just one point I ready don’t understand why the house keeper didn’t wash the cup on the daily clearing?
