Very poor communication with staff and management about holding my reservation. It took many calls and messages before getting a response to hold the room. I will stay somewhere else next time.

I recently stayed at the La pazza suits and had a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in. The room was tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. Overall, La pazza suits exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.
