Great room on the top (5th floor) lovely staircase so you can walk up instead of taking the elevator every time. Check in staff where super friendly and helpful and where able torecommend and book a elephant sanctury tour for me. Breakfast was nice. Pool and gym where both clean and pleasant :D

Staff at this property are so lovely, made sure we were took care of and were very friendly. The hotel itself is nice and has everything needed, the location is absolutely perfect!

Value for money on nasic room tho aged toilet. Limited tv channels with youtube access. Good location at east wall and walkable to night matket. Free shuttle serive to airport.

on arrival room had a strong chemical smell that caused us eye irritation and irritated our lungs. I suspected chemicals used in floor cleaning. on complaint staff washed the floor with wet cloths which seemed to fix it. tv does not work and staff could not get it going. This hotel is old. Best aspect was a good breakfast menu. cheap stay but if you can afford a few extra bucks stay away.

room and location is good , but only one small lift and lift damaged that day 24,25 and 26 oct which is inconvenient for the elderly.

Room was very dirty, smelled like mold/mildew. Pillows were dripping wet. Decided to go to Bangkok early, the manager told us they would provide a refund, but when we submit they Expedia they renegged. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable stay here. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However, I wasn't aware you could open the full length mirror to find the hair dryer inside until I asked at reception. Would be good if there was maybe a little sign indicating that. The staff were very nice and polite, and the cleaning staff were very respectful. The location is superb and I would be happy to stay here again.
