Friendly and hospitable staff. All facilities were impeccable, from the lobby, to the room and the pool area. I would highly recommend this property.

Super attentive staff and clean space

The property was very nice and clean will maintain very very nice. This stuff was amazing. The stuff and breakfast room was really there’s a person name, Ray very helpful and very nice at the breakfast room. Overall, everybody was really nice and very helpful far on everything. They were right there to answer all the questions and to guide us taking a bus taking the train we love this place.

Heals our luggage on pre checkin. Girls were great however the fella that checked us in not so great. I had to return to the desk 3 Times didn’t explain the card system to us . One phone in room didn’t work to call the desk and air conditioner was off at 30c weather. We ordered dinner after a very long day. Chicken breast & Raisin Salad the chicken wasn’t even warm . My husbands chicken had bones in it and half was a drumstick. Mine was just cold. So my dinner consisted of a thin slice of Cucumber and a few leaves of spinach. Our waiter never can back to check on us at all after the food was delivered! We sat there for at least 1:2 hr and No one came back!!! Finally my husband had to leave for the bathroom and I stayed at the table trying to get someone’s attention at the Restaurant/Bar finally the gal clearing tables got someone else to come over. I explained, he took the plates and still I sat for 10 min and no one came to me at our table. I then walked past the Bar and told home I’m leaving and he said I wouldn’t be charged. Guess Not I didn’t get my dinner!! Breakfasts was outstanding!
