I like the room, it is quite enough space for 2 people. The interior also modern. The staff very helpful

Very pleased with the our hotel, so clean and comfortable (a little small) but everything was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful and thankfully, A/C worked well because it was very warm and humid outside but that didn't stop us from having a great time. So many things to do and sites to see nearby. We enjoyed being walking distance from all the action but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet around our hotel. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was my first hotel in Japan, and I really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, with easy access to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of major sightseeing spots and shopping areas. Although it’s in Shinsaibashi, the immediate surroundings felt a bit quieter and less crowded than some nearby streets, with a few interesting buildings adding character to the area. The room was quite small but I traveled with a small suitcase so I didn’t even need to use the space under the bed for storage. The breakfast was very good, with delicious hot dishes prepared to order. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The room’s smart TV was a nice touch, offering useful information such as cleaning schedules, local tips, coupons, and city navigation details that helped improve the overall travel experience.
