Perfectly located for Montreal Old Port and Saint Catherine St shopping. Large clean rooms, great staff, open air bar/restaurant with good quality food. Will definitely consider the same hotel for our next trip.

Lovely, clean property and great location (reasonably close to Old Montreal 10-15 min walk) and China Town. Loved the modern decor. Comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff. Nice, but smallish outdoor pool (water was not cold), sauna and small cold plunge. Had hoped for a hot tub, but none present. Easy access to Netflix on the TV using QR scan and my phone (if you have a subscription that is). Staff were happy to provide canned spring water at the front desk (complimentary). Minibar was nicely stocked and prices for those items weren’t crazy. Convenient grocery store was walking distance . Room for improvement items: 1. I could not fully draw the room curtains due to a 6 inch gap between where the curtain track ended and the wall - this did not allow for a fully darkened room in the morning (I was there mid Jun), so if this bothers you bring a sleep mask. 2. air conditioner/heating vent in my double queen room on the 10th floor (room 1011), was positioned at the foot of one bed (bed next to the window) and aimed directly towards the bed. This made for a cold draft while sleeping in that bed only. Sleeping in the other bed was fine. 3. Shower pressure from rain style head was poor and shower faucet controls were a bit stiff and tricky to use. I didn’t try the restaurant, but the reviews did seem good. Thank you for an overall pleasant stay - one of my more enjoyable hotel stays.

This hotel should not be marketed as a luxury hotel because it simply is NOT. The rooms were very basic, with nothing that felt luxurious or premium. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There was a stain on the toilet that required housekeeping to come and clean it, and we also found a stain on one of the pillows. We had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, yet there was no acknowledgment whatsoever, not even a simple note or congratulations. The room did not include complimentary water, and we were charged $5 per bottle. Even after purchasing the water, the bottles were not replaced by room service. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The water temperature in pool was cold, and the saunas were dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant oily smell. On top of that, the staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Overall, for the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and amenities. There are far better hotels in Montreal at this price point. Unfortunately, this was far from a luxury experience.

Beaucoup de services: piscine, spa, restaurant, grand gym bien équipé. Très propre et très bien situé.

Will stay again.

L'hôtel était très bien aménagé et décoré. Très propre. La chambre était magnifique et le lit était très confortable. L'emplacement était idéal aussi. Magnifique gym et sauna également. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Nous reviendrons certainement !

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room lacked room for storage and had no drawers for clothing.
