Very clean and good was great

Room was clean and staff was helpful.

Air conditioning was good Blankets were all burnt and dirty. Bathroom was clean but leaking water and slippery floor. Terrible if you have a car and want to park There is no space on street

The place is very filthy. I had to stay at this hotel because my flight was canceled, and I ended up staying for two nights. On the first night, despite being extremely tired, I couldn’t shower or even change my clothes because I was disgusted by the condition of the room and didn’t want to step into the shower. I booked a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. On my last night, at around 2:00 a.m., someone started banging on my door and yelling. I told him he had the wrong room, but he didn’t leave for more than 30 minutes. I immediately called the front desk, but they didn’t answer my calls. After that, they started rejecting my calls altogether. The next day, I reported the incident to the front desk, but they did nothing, even though there are cameras in the hallway. I couldn’t sleep after that and ended up waiting for sunrise so I could leave for the airport, even though my flight wasn’t until late afternoon. The bed was broken on one side, and when I told the staff member about it, he simply said, “Yes, they’re old.” The sheets and pillowcases were very old, stained, dirty, and covered with hair. The sink was leaking and clogged as well.

It looked like they had once gone for an Art Nuvo look but it was in horrible disrepair. The floors in the room were dirty, not just a little dirty but with visible crap that had been neither swept or vaccumed. The bedspread had worn holes in it and the shower had large amounts of mold. There was a sign by the front desk showing they rent by the hour. I suspect the main clientele are hookers and drug addicts. I say that without the least bit of sarcasm.

The worker is very rude I think he’s racist I asked for a towel he did not want to help me

Nice place to stay

Staff is ver friendly and the woman at the front desk named Kimi is very pleasant. I enjoy stsying at this hotel.

A lot of the accommodations were in low quality and terrible condition staff was also lackluster to confirm everything was put together before I was given a room and it wasn’t even got a room swap and didn’t see a difference
