Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, across the world! From check in to check out, our 3 week experience at Zoku was top tier. Our flight from the US arrived at 8:00 am and we were able to effortlessly take the metro and check in without them even blinking by how early it was! We've never had that experience, always have had to wait or purchase early arrival. Sofus greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and made us immediately feel like part of a big group of friends. We had a loft room and it was perfect for our long stay with the bed being tucked away from the living areas. The kitchenette was perfect to prepare some meals for the two of us and very well stocked, whatever we needed was either in the pantry at the end of our hall or at the market just below us! The restaurant and bar on the roof top was a favorite hangout area for us whether grabbing some pizza, enjoying brunch or having cocktails served by Miles and Robert. Every area of the hotel is pristine clean and very well cared for, we couldn't have dreamt of a better place to stay for our first trip to Denmark! We'll definitely be back and will only stay at Zoku, can't wait to experience the other three properties!

Really nice hotel. Slightly out from centre but quick access via metro station just round the corner with short trip into the city.

I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff confirmed that the hotel-wide AC system was experiencing issues and that many guests had complained. The hotel was fully booked, so moving to another room was not an option, although I am not sure how true this was for the first night. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent. If the AC and Wi-Fi are working, I imagine this is an excellent place to stay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot rate it higher.

The Zoku is a unique hotel. I loved the 5th floor layout, with lots of plants and natural light. This is where breakfast is served and where you check in. We had a late flight to Copenhagen and didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. Luckily the check in person was there and we got our room with no hassle. The room was like an apartment; couch, dining table and little kitchenette. When we booked it, I don't think we realized the bed would be in a loft. Being 63 and 66 years old, this made for a challenge when having to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Luckily, we are both short, so for the next couple of nights we just turned our bodies 90 degrees in the bed, and all was well. The hotel is located close to the train station and to two large grocery stores. The breakfast was fantastic! I had made to order scrambled eggs with avocado toast and bacon. Yum! The staff were extremely friendly! Great place!

Nous sommes enchantés par notre expérience dans votre établissement. Tout y est bien fait et bien pensé. Le personnel y est avenant, la nourriture très bien. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit où il fait bon flâner. Tout près du métro ou à quelques minutes du centre à vélo, cela nous permet de profiter du calme des parcs environnants et de profiter également de l’effervescence de la ville. Merci encore de ce chaleureux accueil!

After staying in well over 100+ hotels around the world, this one was by far my favorite as they took the time to make every detail unique and special. Most hotels are throw away memories meant to help you recharge for your trip and this one felt like part of the trip for the first time. I arrived at 11am from overseas and was immediately taken to a private bathroom downstairs to shower and freshen up while my bags were secured in a locker. This set the mood off in the best possible way and even the staff were quick to provide best local options for transportation that they personally use. I'm very grateful to have found such a nice place!

Immaculately clean, very impressed with design and structure of the loft. Super comfy beds, very bright and airy space. Loved it and would highly recommend. Close to metro and shopping, would book again for sure. Staff is friendly and happy to assist. Overall a wonderful stay!!
