The online pictures for this hotel are a bit deceptive, as they create an impression of a fancier hotel. The hotel is very basic, and neighborhood is not very nice. The only benefit is that it’s close to the airport. The airport shuttle that’s included is only for rides from the hotel. The room has AC, but it seems slightly too small in capacity for the room size, so we had to use the fan in addition to the AC. The staff is friendly.

Close to airport. Spacious rooms. Good food. Great value for money

The condition of the property was fine, but if you want to spend time in Hanoi, this is to far away. We could have gotten a room for the same price in Hanoi and saved a lot of money on taxis. The breakfast was ok. We were offered a free pick up from the airport and were told the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes, but it was about half an hour and he did not meet us where we were supposed to meet. When we need a taxi the clerk told us that he would call one for us and that we had to pay him for it. I have been to Vietnam several times and I have never been asked to do this. I later was told that the clerk or hotel gets a commission. I would recommend everyone download the GRAB app and get your own taxi. The hotel is right next to the highway and could hear the trucks all night long. While I was in the lobby i saw a sign on the glass window that said Free Bikes. I asked the clerk about it and he said the sigh was from the last owner 10 years ago. I would not stay hear again. There are better options

Very frekindly and efficient staff. Airport pick up and drop were on time and easy to set up by whatsapp. However, it would be better if it was a two-way pick yp and drop off. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel provides cheaper transport than Grab which is very helpful. However, bathrooms were woefully small. Also, there should be provision for in-room safe and USB charging.

Shuttle to the hotel was quick and easy. Got checked in with no issues. Bedroom was huge for 3 people in the quiet room (plus a nice view of farm fields). Everything was nice and clean.

The hotel was at a different address and a new name. Expedia needs to update it web page or remove the add.

Clean room, helpful staff, close to the airport.

The bathrooms were really bad: Hole in the ceiling, lots of mold, Mattress and blanket were thin but ok. Traffic and airplane noise. Definitely not a luxury experience. 2 star hotel.
