Although the property was beautiful the stand out damage for me was their was a 3 shift change from arrival until we finally got a room. There was never any communication between the on going and off going shift so although we had reservations no one between the shifts and changes knew we were waiting on a room. By then the niceness from the last female receptionist was already tainted.

Ein wunderschönes, jedoch eher langweiliges Hotel. Es gibt keine einladenden kleinen Kaffees auf den angepriesenen Terrassen. Lediglich ein Restaurant im 11.OG sowie im Eingangsbereich. Dieses ist dann auch gleichzeitig das Frühstücksrestaurant. Die Bar im 5.OG wie auch im 2.OG laden wirklich wenig zum Verweilen ein. Schade. Dennoch ist das Hotel ein Highlight an sich und definituv eine Reise wert. 2 Tage reichen für einen Aufenthalt aber völlig aus.

The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would have been a turndown service. We had recently stayed at the W Sentosa Cove and had forgotten how much those small touches enhance the overall experience. Each evening, they would prepare the room by turning down the bed, placing slippers beside it, leaving a jug of water on the bedside table, and even providing a small pillow mist spray. These are minor details, but they create a real sense of luxury and care. If Pan Pacific Orchard offered a similar turndown service, I genuinely would have given them a sixth star if that were possible.
