Friendly staff, however the quality of the room did not justify the rating on the website.

Everything was great. Very friendly staff. We were greeted with cool clothes and a beverage at check-in. It was a long flight,so very refreshing. Valet was amazing.

Amazing experience! The hotel is located at walking distance from all the good places! The sauna is the best!!!!!

La Croix Waikīkī – Accessibility Review As a wheelchair user, I specifically reserved an ADA-accessible room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that all of the ADA rooms had already been sold and that I would have to pay an additional $75 per night to upgrade if I wanted an accessible room. An ADA room is not a luxury upgrade—it’s a medical necessity. Charging a guest with a disability extra because the hotel did not hold the accessible room that was reserved is unacceptable. Later that afternoon, my husband spoke with the front desk and explained that accessibility is not an optional amenity. Thankfully, the hotel eventually provided us with an ADA room without the additional charge. The room did have a beautiful roll-in shower that was spacious and well designed, which I truly appreciated. However, there were several accessibility issues that should be addressed: * The track at the balcony door was too high to safely roll over, making the balcony inaccessible. * There was no full-length mirror, making it impossible to see myself while getting dressed from my wheelchair. * The bathroom mirror was not positioned in a way that allowed me to comfortably do my hair or makeup while seated. The accessible bathroom itself was one of the nicest features of the room, but true accessibility goes beyond just the shower. Being able to access the balcony and use mirrors independently are important parts of an inclusive environment

We were a family of 4 that stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Before arriving, I received an email if I would like to upgrade my room to the Penthouse for just $23/day. I was excited about that prospect so decided to upgrade. I was a bit disappointed to see what the upgrade provided, a small room with 2 queen beds, not enough space to open the suitcases (we were 4 adults), a big balcony and a nice bathroom. However, there was no closet. The only place that had hangers was the bathroom itself. It was uncomfortable staying in that small room, jumping over suitcases, to go to the balcony or bathroom. The only positive was that we had access to the room where breakfast was served. We did not sign up for breakfast, since there was an additional cost, but had access to free beverages and snacks for a few hours during the day.

The location of the property is great. You’re walking distance from lots of different places, shopping eating and nightlife. Staff was great and helpful!! Young lady who checked me in was amazing she made it very easy and stress free! This is the second time that me and my family have stayed in this hotel and we truly enjoy it,

The hotel is in a great location with friendly staff, but the interior feels quite outdated. If you don’t mind paying a bit more, the Holiday Inn across the street is a much better choice — it also includes hot breakfast.
