Good location for buses, bus stop for The John Radcliffe just over the road and the bus station just round the corner.
Plenty of eating places, pubs etc on a busy road but didn't hear any noise even with the window open.
Room was clean and tidy, plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits and a fan which was needed.
If I was being picky the over blanket ( which wasn't needed in summer looked like it had just been thrown into the wardrobe, instead of neatly folded but extra pillows were supplied.)

Upon arrival and viewing our rooms; we actually chose to forfeit our prepaid booking and paid a much higher rate for last minute booking at another hotel. No air conditioning, no elevator and one of our rooms was on the 4th floor (difficult with luggage), the smell was stale and the rooms were in bad shape.

Wonderful price and location. Very clean and basic set-up though kettle and tea/coffee provided. The main negative was that the room was a sauna as there was no air conditioning. They had kindly provided a fan but during the UK heatwave this was insufficient. Having said that, if the temperature was normal I think we'd have had a very comfortable stay. Staff were lovely and super location.

Walk up and I was on the 4th floor, no AC, no outlets near the bed with only one outlet in the room. Not what I expected.

Room is big enough as is bathroom.
It’s clean
Kettle,tea,coffee,milk provided.
It’s a bit noisy from extractor fans out the back or street noise at the front - but it is triple glazed…
You are paying for the location.
Hotel is on George St. where the park and ride buses stop, opposite the Theatre

Clean room, polite and helpful staff. The option to leave luggage on the day of departure. A few things were not quite right in the rooms but we weren't paying to dollar, so we thought it was good value overall. Just got to be ok with lots of steps. Also definitely no breakfast available. Wetherspoons close by though.
