We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and we would both like to tell you Jonaid the lifeguard was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Top notch customer service from him. We highly regarded his services to us on poolside.

Our stay at Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel was very pleasant. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the metro, which made it easy to explore Dubai. We were happy to receive a room upgrade, and the larger room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was big and well designed. The breakfast offered a rich selection with a good variety of options, and the staff were welcoming. The only uncomfortable part was the repeated request to make a payment in advance and check in before 6:00 pm; otherwise, the reservation would be cancelled. According to my booking, payment was supposed to be made at check-in. It was not clearly explained why there was a risk of cancellation, which caused confusion and required additional communication. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location. However, the guest profile of the hotel is largely Russian-speaking travelers. Many restaurants, cafes, and tour announcements were also available in Russian, which shows that Dubai strongly caters to that market.

The room was clean but cold. Kept switching the a/c off but it kept coming back on. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Light's also had a mind of their own.

It was a very nice stay. The manager was kind to send a cake in the room, as it happened to be my birthday as well. Excellent location. Right next to Marina walk. Great deals for shisha till 3 AM. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This hotel falls far short of a 5‑star standard. While the cleaning staff and porters were consistently polite and hardworking, the rest of the team could benefit from proper hospitality training. The service overall felt inattentive and unwelcoming. The rooms were another disappointment. The photos online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the accommodations. Additionally, the quality of the food was underwhelming and certainly not what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be luxury. Overall, not an experience I would repeat nor recommend.
