Don’t book this hotel !!! We were staying 3 nights and during this stay they never cleaned our room. We were complaining about this to the staff but they didn’t do anything about it. We ran out of toilet-paper and was complaining to the staff about this……..and nothing happens. We had to buy toilet-paper at Seven-Eleven !!! The staff were never smiling during our whole stay. There was very little water when we wanted to take a shower in the mornings. This is the worst hotel I have ever been staying at.

2/6 Sterne Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza enttäuschend. Beim Check-in wollte der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption plötzlich nochmals 318 Euro für das Zimmer kassieren, obwohl das Zimmer bereits im Voraus bezahlt war. Erst nachdem ich dies erklärt hatte, wurde der Fehler korrigiert. Das hinterließ keinen professionellen Eindruck. Auch das Zimmer war enttäuschend. Die Lüftung bzw. Klimaanlage war sehr laut und störte besonders nachts den Schlaf erheblich. Das größte Problem war jedoch das Frühstück. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wurde, war um 09:40 Uhr fast nichts mehr vorhanden. Viele Speisen waren leer und wurden kaum oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt leider keine Erfahrung, die ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Pros...Big , clean hotel with easy access for wheel chairs. Standard size rooms. 3 big elevators. Has a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Cons...Breakfast choice was poor Visited restaurant for breakfast but no real vegan options just buffet style meats , no choice for alternative milks other than soy. Basic bread and only one 2 slice toaster. Location not great. nothing nearby except a small kiosk with a few bits and an Indian restaurant and 1 petrol station. 5 min walk.

Personal total unseriös! Mir wurde bestätigt, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt und nun hieß es: ist nicht unser Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind alt und dreckig: es fehlt an allem: Badezimmer-Artikel, Tee, Kaffee und der Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Auch wenn man es meldet wird nicht geholfen. Das Essen ist katastrophal. 28 Euro für eine Tiefkühlpizza. Beim Frühstück wird nochmal Geld verlangt , obwohl man bereits gebucht und gezahlt hat. Die Teller werden einem weggezogen, auch wenn die noch voll sind. In die Kaffeemaschinen kommt in alle drei bohnenbehälter einfach Espresso. Personal spricht weder gutes Deutsch noch Englisch. Hier muss das Ordnungsamt, das Gesundheitsamt und sogar der Zoll vorbeikommen. Nie wieder!

Check in was bad, all guest were put to hold if they arrived early and allowed check in to all at one time 3.00pm which was chaotic. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Room was stuffy and hotel quite antiquated. Asked for decaf and they gave my normal coffee. Breakfast was told was too busy so had to come back in 20mins to order an omelette. Joke and very poor service. Some areas great service but other atrocious. Wouldn’t ever stay there again and overpriced too.
