Clean property and good stuffs.

I won't stay here again. It is close to Haram that is the only positive about it. At reception they have 10 counters but at any given time there are only 3 to 4 open. When i entered the hotel there was water spill my son slipped and got hurt. It took us 30 mins before we could speak to receptioninst for check in. Rooms are clean but extremely small. I was travelling from canada with family of 6,after putting luggage in room, there is no space left to even walk. Breakfast experience is terrible. It is extremely crowded and you have to wait for 15 to 20 mins to get a table. That too, you need to find table by yourself, when someone is leaving, then stand by it and ask one of the staff member to clean it. If you ask staff for table they'll simply say there are no tables. Drinks are warm, they have ice bucket besides drinks where little kids are playing with the ice with their hands!!!! Housekeeping staff is good. In my room sink was blocked and despite several time asking nothing was done. If you enter hotel from main door/lobby, you have ro take like 5 levels of escalators ro reach P5 then take elevator to your floor, very very tome consuming. My experience was not good. Would not recommend it to anyone. Rather stay a little far or a hotel that is not a comples of hotels. You can stay little far, save money on hotels and can take a cab to Haram and still save money.

Great stay

Thanks all good

Everything good

We book this Hotel often , it's location is very good especially for entry to Haram . Very Clean, staff are good , half board is definitely worth it as evening meal is very good choice of amazing food.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was well maintained, and I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location right outside to the Haram. Excellent buffet with omelettes station and pancake Station for breakfast. Clean rooms and near shopping and food options will stay there again.

The staff at the desk was very helpful The girl I forgot her name she was very friendly and gave me beautiful Kaaba view room However just one suggestion we stayed in fairmount hotel they gave us welcoming Arabic coffee with dates in the room but in this hotel they only gave at the desk but not in the room I would love to go there again if they do so

One of the best hotels with Kaaba view! Clean and excellent customer service. Close to everything
