We have stayed here three times and have always enjoyed our visit. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and modern. Great location

Clean room, easy access to restaurants, easy parking

Of the many times I have stayed at The Executive, this was by far the most disappointing. The floor I was on was receiving mass renovations of which I knew nothing about. Arrival on the floor was like entering a work zone with the strong smell of paint, fibro plank floor boards and plastic slips going into the rooms. It was impossible to rest in the room during the day due to what sounded like Jack-hammering and constant banging. This interruption could have been reflected in the price or described clearly online which would have influenced getting a room elsewhere. Room service one evening was ruined completely upon ordering a hot meal and a chilled bottle of wine where the wine came and the meal forgotten. The wait for the meal to finally arrive after the mistake had been noted has left the wine warmed and the evening soured. I will still recommend the location as a venue due to its amenities, however the the lack of consideration of the guest was insulting.

Our room was freshly painted and decorated. It was spacious for a family of 4 (2x adults 2x teenage boys). Staff was informative and welcoming. Our new go to hotel in Newy.

Awesome place , restaurants club and gym and a pool

The room was spacious and comfortable but felt quite dark. However the common areas like the entrance, swimming pool and the breakfast area was very nice and clean. We will be happy to go back.

The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and extremely quiet.

Nice and simple
