The internet was so bad. It kept going off every 5 minutes. The office responded by having it rebooted but that made no difference. I should get a credit because it really wasn't useable. The TV blacked out a few times as well. Considering this hotel isn't in the middle of nowhere, but in the center of Seattle, you should have excellent internet service

Room was clean. Central location with access to downtown. Free parking a plus. Aurora street a bit sketchy outside the property but not a big issue.

Fantástico The front desk personal was exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful :) It was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet location and even though it felt like a 2/3 star hotel, the cleaners and staff made it a 5 star :) Thank you!

The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I couldn’t even stay there as no one was available to help me. In addition I was sick and needed a place to sleep it off. As I was looking for help I was offered drugs! It was a crap place I didn’t even stay and was still charged even with the reservation being less than 30 mins

Property is not clean, lots of mold growing on bathroom ceiling, it was hard to breathe in the room due to some strong chemical smell. The service is awful, there’s an older lady that runs the place and she’s very mean!

I arrived late but was easily accommodated. Let’s just say you get what you pay for and this place is not bad but not exceptional either so 3 stars it is.
