Bom
Quiet. Greeted by a cockroach upon entering the bathroom. That made me not want to stay there and I wouldn't even use the shower, though my family did. Air conditioning not working well. Pillows were small squares instead of normal pillows and felt like rolled up sheets instead of pillows. And there were only 3 to a bed.

First impression when I walked into the room was excellent. Room was large and appeared very clean. I noticed the issue when I was getting dressed in the morning and was greeted by 3 roaches - one large and 2 small. When I told this to the front desk clerk, he apologized and said they will treat the room. I don’t think roaches are contained in one room. I think they need to close the entire hotel for treatment. I was so grossed out, I quickly packed up and got out of there.
