Fun, clean large room. Close to Disney parks and shuttle was great. No fridge in rooms and rooms smelt a little musty but it was as expected

Overall, the stay was okay. The rooms are very basic, the hide-a-bed would not have been comfortable even for a small child. It did appear the sheets were left on from a previous stay. We did not have to use it. For a Disney resort, it was not as expected.

This was my second visit to the Cheyenne hotel. The hotel is clean and very well themed . The breakfast was decent and has a good selection of food. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the parks and has a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk. My only issue was the time it took to check in to then be sent to another qué to collect my child's priority pass. Parking at the hotel was great and no issues getting a space

We have a fantastic stay at the hotel, the room was lovely and clean, perfect location near reception so the added benefit of being near the shop and Starbucks/restaurants etc . The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was so handy too, we only waited 5 mins. Loved the perk of the early access to the parks when staying at a Disney hotel. Will definitely be returning

The luggage storage area was great waiting for transportation to the airport. There’s a Starbucks you can sit in while waiting. As for the rooms - beds weren’t comfortable, they were quite hard. There are no fitted sheets over the mattresses, only just a thin sheet and duvet cover. It wasn’t even checkout time yet and three times room service entered our room to turn the room over for the next guests while we were still there. There’s no mini fridge to store anything so beware especially if you have medications that need refrigeration.

The room was not very clean and for what you pay for it, I was surprised, there was actual poo on the back of the wall by the toilet flush button. It got us into the park an hour early and it had AC it wasn't the lowest on the list. The lowest on the list is the Santa Fe but I guess they don't have AC. It has a washer and dryer two washers and two dryers. You have to get tokens from the general store which I liked that. The buffet was extremely over priced $150 for 3 people for mid food buffet. I paid that much to eat at Walts inside the park. Overall I am not sure if I would return to this hotel. We did get to go on all the rides we wanted to by going in early each day and it was only a 10 minute walk to the park.
