I did travel with my daughter, so i asked for a room with two separate beds which was confirmed at time of booking. Once i got there and checked in (which took way too long) the asigned room had a queen bed and they did not have anything else available!!! On another note breakfast did not stand out at all. Anything else was fantastic, very clean and thougtfully arranged, designed, etc... it is also in the most convenient location if you're after shopping and eating outside and for a good rate compared to other surrounding offers.

The hotel is expensive but does not offer good value for the price. The room is small and basic amenities such as a comb and complimentary bottled drinking water were not provided. The breakfast tasted bad and offered very limited choices.

hotel is in a great location - steps from the massive Pavilion mall with its many eateries and shopping opportunities. While dated, the room was comfortable and worked. The only negative was the long wait for hot water to come through.

Well located next to Pavilion shopping centre and within 10 minutes walk to KLCC. Close to transport and restaurant and night market. Very good and effective air conditioner but not good wifi which is slow and constantly dropping out. Highly recommend if you want a hotel that is close to everything.

We had a 4 day, 3 nights stay while in KL. We loved the location being across from the Pavilion mall, and walkable distance to KLCC and the Twin Towers. Our room was clean, welcoming, and made for a relaxing stay. We’ll surely be back in the future!

The hotel has poor WiFi connectivity. The internet access frequently disconnects. I changed rooms three times. Internet access in the lounge is marginally better.
