The hotel is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We checked in around 8pm to just stay the night, we weren’t related to any of the big events going on at the hotel. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room on the second floor, very close to the large event. We could hear the music thumping all night. Thankfully it ended by 11, but would have much appreciated to be placed further away from the festivities. I didn’t bother saying anything because we were so tired and I am pregnant. The mattresses are very firm, if you like that. The room service was far superior to any room service I’ve ever had in my life - it was a delicious omelette and sandwich spread. Came right on time, still wonderfully warm.

I had a great stay. The restaurant was great too. The room was clean but by the window behind the curtain was not so clean. We enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries. Breakfast ended too early. It rained so we had to stay in the hotel most of the time. The gym was great. The pool was warm and cozy but the kids were splashing water and stayed near the flatter surface area of the pool so I had to stay in the shallow while being short. I didn’t enjoy that.
