Stayed in #626 looks like the bathroom wrestling match in it. the toilet was broken and re-glued together. the bathroom door had a hole in the back of it. the tile was broken. Bathtub didn't drain. there was NO HOT WATER on my last day of visit. Rugs in main living area were permanently stained. Leather Couches were incredibly uncomfortable. TV in bedroom didn't have a Coax cable so it was useless. Street noise was pretty insane. internet was really slow. This hotel is marketed as a 4star hotel. that is not only a huge stretch but a blatant lie. 2star at best. The price a day parking for this motel is just insane

Staff were helpful, but the property is not that well-maintained. There were no real amenities at the property, and the class of other hotel visitors was disappointing.

It was a nice hotel and they did upgrade us to a suite for free. The suite living room Furniture was a little outdated and could have been a little cleaner but we had no issues with the staff or hotel at all. Valet parking was pricey and I wish they had cheaper options. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in our kitchen sweet as well.

La ubicación es muy buena. Estas cerca del transporte público. La habitación es cómodo. Sugiero que hagan limpieza diaria. No la hacen.
