Great safe clean centrally located hotel. Not a quaint little local charming suite but a regular block of a hotel with clean rooms & a safe quiet place to sleep. We had 3 tiny single beds with tiny blankets lol vs one bed between the two of us, but we managed. Room was a bit warm but had plug in fans to use. Instant coffee & tea & kettle in room as well. The hotel lobby had pizza, coffee & ice cream vending machines. Fantastic restaurants near by! 1. Cedars: Lebanese Restaurant 2. Lokaal van de Stad: amazing Pub 3. Benji’s: awesome cafe

Room was very basic step into bathroom no sign to warn you, decor was very tired, no plug socket near mirror so difficult to use hair straightener, Lift directly across from room broken doors continuously opening and closing all night.

The building lacks maintenance. The exterior is unkept. Homeless people wander onsite and dig through garbages and ashtrays. The staff is friendly. The area of the hotel is not the best. Our uber driver describes it as ‘iffy’. The room was clean. The shower temperature fluctuates while using it.

Hotel is close to the tram station. It is served by tram 2 - Westlandgracht stop. The re immediately surrounding the hotel was bit shady. There were sometimes people who appeared homeless and people soliciting. Luckily it’s a short walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel itself was clean and the lobby welcoming. Check-in is digital and you get to choose your room, based on availability. The room was clean and beds made daily. Bathroom was weird and difficult to navigate. There needs to be a glass door and a bigger lip preventing water from flowing from shower int the bathroom There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. There is a pizza vending machine in the lobby in case your needed a quick snack. There was a kettle in the room and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Staff was friendly and helpful nd assisted me in finding a laundromat nearby. Hotel was pricey for the value. I would stay there gain but bathroom needs some work.

Everything was smooth, great customer service, clean rooms and quiet location.

Very Comfortable. Let us drop bags until check-in time. On-line check-in was easy. Great value.

The check in clerk (male) was as bad as one could get. All he said was do it on the monitor myself. Even if there is nothing additional he could do, his attitude was more than cold and border on being rude. The room was average. I have never seen bathroom towels put in the cloth closet shelf because there was NOWHERE to put them in the otherwise roomy bathroom. Coffee pods were never replenished. I guess it is what it is. Breakfast was pretty good on the contrary. Staff in the restaurant are better. Location of the hotel was very good, being close to a shopping area with pharmacy, grocery stores, a pizza restaurant. The check out was very easy. The clerk was good and was not the same guy at check in. Overall. I would not come back to this hotel again for what they charged and what they delivered.
