The property was great and very clean. We didn’t have breakfast because it cost extra, but they did have free water bottles, tea and coffee set out 24 hours, which was a nice plus to our stay. The night shift crew was wonderful and made our stay more enjoyable. The a/c was COLD and lovely!
The only issue was our door kept jamming up when we tried to close it. We tried getting it fixed, but apparently there was no way to fix it. It was just how the door was. With two female staying in the hotel room we didn’t feel as safe as we normally would because of this.
To top it off, I was hit with unexpected parking fees on our final bill. The lady at the front desk never mentioned a fee for parking when we checked in, so finding out I was charged on our last day was a very frustrating surprise.
