Thi s is the best hotel ever super safe clean and organized, the only thing i have to say that they are very oriented to members only areas and benefits if you are not a member its a little annoying

Everything was ok. Stayed at other all inclusives before and I would Say it’s average. Def disappointed that there was a lot of stuff not included. Arcades, minigolf, etc

No amenities in pools, hallways floors really dirty, people attending in beach are hiding so you don’t order from them, algae on beach not getting clean up, not many options for restaurants with menu, only a mexican restaurant which was the best, only buffets; shows quality not so good except for the madonna one was good, swift Tyler show was a deception, beatles was good, and the worst of the worst not night club! The night club is in the casino, that oro place they said they don’t have anything to do with the resort, that killed the atmosphere, so nothing to do to party at night because the place where they sing at the eclipse is closed at 11pm, so everyone is bored after 11pm, to be a hard rock place, that really suck!

Jefrey bartender is amazing very humble and pleasant. Pools and amenities are great. The only thing this hotel needs work in the room service food. The staff is great but once the room service food gets to the room it tastes old and cold. Maybe think about keeping it in a concealed container to maintain warm.

The staff were amazing super happy and helpful the resort was amazing so much to do we stayed for 5 days and didn't cover everything to do super easy to get around and it is beautiful food was very good and plenty of different styles for you too try I loved the experience and plan on coming back thank you to the hard rock hotel for the great time!!!!

The pool opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 6:30 p.m., which is inconvenient for me. The food wasn’t good.
