Staff at check-in counter are cheerful and very helpful. The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and neat. The only drawback is you can hear the sound of trains passed by the railways at night.

Very convenient location next to transport hub. Great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and breakfast had loads of options.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The coffee was superb and probably the best coffee I've had in Japan. There is a range of great regional Japanese fare as well as salad bar, fruit, pastries. The hotel location is central and there's lots of restaurants in the same building in the Tower.

Hotel location is very good. Furnishing is also new. Great view from hotel. Enjoy the breakfast too.

Very clean and excellent service

Fantastic location and service, just ask for a high floor! We booked the Deluxe Triple Room and had a wonderful stay overall. The location is unbeatable—being right on top of a major station is incredibly convenient, drastically cutting down on walking time and transfers. While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it featured lots of windows that provided fantastic city views and a bright, pleasant ambiance. The staff were professional, friendly, and highly accommodating. Most spoke fluent English, and for those who didn't, they were eager to help and easily used Google Translate to make sure we were taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also great, though the fresh fruit selection was a bit lacking. The only minor downside is that you can faintly hear the trains below, especially during the quiet late-night hours. It wasn’t overwhelmingly loud, but it was enough to be distracting when trying to sleep. I would highly recommend requesting a higher floor if you are a light sleeper. Crucial Navigation Tip: Nagoya Station is big and can confuse even Google Maps. Remember that Japan has many different train companies. If you are arriving from the airport via the Meitetsu μ-Sky Express Train, you will land at Meitetsu Station. Head toward the Central Exit and follow signs for the JR Lines (Sakura-dori Exit). You will walk past the Silver Clock, and eventually, the Gold Clock. The entrance to the hotel building is directly to the left as you exit that area.

Beautiful hotel with high end finishes. Small but on the top floor of the beautiful JR Tower which contains a mall and the Nagoya Station on the basement level. Rooms are a little tight but works for solo or couple travelers.

It was easily accessible, clean, and the breakfast was delicious – it was really very good

Everything was excellent. Bed room could have been a foot wider. We are not big people
