Good hotel, rooms small but staff very helpful and go the extra mile. Clean property and no complaints on service. Located in a nice quiet area of Berlin. Breakfast was sufficient.

The room was amazing, high ceilings, extremely clean and very secure. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but €18 for unlimited breakfast that looked and smelt amazing seemed like good value. Easy to walk to from Tiergarten S-bahn station.

BEWARE IF BOOKING 2+ GUESTS. I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover

I felt the staffs could make an effort to better understand the English speaking guests.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for! ❤️

The room was a fabulous size.

Everything was okay, room was clean, and staff was great. Location was not ideal as it was far from city center, but there was a bus stop less than two minutes away walking, so in general it was okay. Got stuck in the elevator near reception, help arrived promptly and everything was good, but nevertheless not the best experience. Everything else was good though.
