While the hotel boasts a convenient location within 30 minutes of CDG, the restaurant's offerings are limited and disappointing.

The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat.

Front desk and wait staff was amazing! The views in the Chateau are beautiful. We felt so safe walking around at night. The food was amazing. The staff even gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about the area as we are tourists from the US. Moe was exceptional, she gave me parking hacks around the train station. As well as how to navigate around France. My problem here is the cleaning staff. They would knock early in the morning before 9AM to come and clean, like they were so eager to come inside our room. We did not ask for cleaning until the end of our stay because we have a lot of valuables (passport, jewelry, etc.) and electronics in our room. We NEVER approved any sort of cleaning and they ended up coming in anyway. I knew they went in without our permission because the bathroom is clean and our bed is fixed. But the most disappointing part about all of this is they ended up stealing my Gucci sunglasses and my wife’s Adderall prescription medication. The worst part is the staff that I was talking to was not listening to my explanation and went on to defend their staff! Instead of listening to the client! We have stayed in numerous hotels and AirBnB’s all over the world. This is not the first time someone stole from us. At least acknowledge your client’s complaint. That’s all.

This is an experience to behold. Staying in a lovely French chateau. Dinner was superb and the welcome by the staff outstanding. The views and serenity are real values of this property.

Impressive building and grounds but rooms are small and dated. No TV as stated in the info. Only Bistro operates on Tuesdays and has predominantly cold food. Breakfast OK but not worth 25 Euros.
