Si van a tener algo todos adultos, no pueden tener un bufes familiar , también tienen que tener un bufes pequeños para solo adultos. Ya que personas van a recrearse y dejan su niños en casas.

Fantástico
The most incredible experience from start to finish. I went here with my boyfriend and there is not a single negative thing I can say about this resort. We were treated like royalty. The food was five star quality, staff the nicest I’ve ever experienced, insanely talented entertainment, and I was blown away by the cleanliness and overall gorgeous aesthetic of this resort.

What makes this resort special is the amazing staff! Each of them are very special and make you feel pampered. The hotel surrounding are very beautiful and is very spacious. Location is also great! As is easy to take a taxi to go to Quinta Avenida

Hi, Having breakfast in the "Adults Only" restaurant with Carlos each morning was great. He was very attentive, pleasant and the service provided was great. Angel, at the pool bar, remembered our drink order and we were always greeted with the smile. The dinner and service at the Lemon Fish was great! And if you have to keep moving during your stay attend a class with Nestor. He was energetic and motivating. The room was clean and very spacious. However, I was disappointed with the fact that when we checked in to the resort we were asked if we were to celebrating anything while we were in Mexico and our respond was "yes." We were in Mexico to celebrate our 35 year anniversary. The person who checked us in stated that he would setup something special for us and it never happened. My only other complaint was trying to make reservations to eat at the restaurants each night. The QR code was not user friendly and it was easier to call or see the concierge. Even then, on certain evening dinner reservations were not available until 9:30. My husband and I did enjoy our stay and it is a beautiful resort.

We had a good time , staff was very nice however everything was very hot . The restaurants were super hot inside and the room was also hot . It seems as if the ac units cannot keep up with the heat.

From start to finish it was a horrible time decided to spend my 50th birthday at this particular hotel have stayed at the milia in other countries and it was wonderful however I'm not sure what happened with this place but most of the amenities that they advertise for make sure you read the fine print because it's usually for the presidential suite only if you want creamer good luck getting it for your coffee also I had a personal concierge which I never even met the entire time I was there on my 5-day stay be careful putting the do not disturb sign on because I don't know if they just don't understand what it means but they will walk in on you The beach they said was fine however be very cautious because you will cut your feet if you try to walk in the ocean because of the coral and they do not warn you in advance also the seaweed was so bad you couldn't swim or even inhale the air around it so there was no hanging out at the beach. Even after complaining to management about the issues we had, the manager said he was going to make it up to me and asked what restaurant we were eating in the evening, but nothing happened. When we returned to our room, there was a mini personal cake with "Happy Anniversary", and again it was my birthday. Overall there was a breakdown in communication and poor service. Make sure you know when off season is because some restaurants and buffets will be closed, in our case the adults only dinner buffet.

Our stay at Paradisus La Perla Playa del Carmen was absolutely unforgettable! My mom and I had the most wonderful vacation, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ana from the Concierge team for taking such great care of us. She made all of our dinner reservations throughout our stay and even surprised my mom with a thoughtful birthday celebration that made her day extra special. Every morning, Nelia, Paloma, and Julio at Hadar Restaurant greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. Starting each day with such kindness truly set the tone for an amazing vacation. We also want to recognize Angel at the pool bar, who crafted some of the best drinks we had all week! Esmeralda, Oscar, and Omar provided outstanding poolside service, always checking on us with friendly attitudes and making sure we had everything we needed to relax. The daily activities were another highlight of our trip. Daniel and Carlos brought so much energy and fun to every activity, making it easy for everyone to join in and have a great time. We especially loved the aqua aerobics classes,the instructor was fantastic and made each session both fun and engaging. From the incredible hospitality to the beautiful resort, delicious food, and fun-filled activities, this trip exceeded all of our expectations. My mom and I created memories we’ll cherish forever, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus La Perla – Adults Only – Riviera Maya! This is now one of my favorite resorts. The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are spacious, elegant, and spotless, and the entire resort is so well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of restaurants to choose from, and every meal exceeded our expectations. One of my favorite spots was the restaurant right next to the pool. We had lunch there every day, and I absolutely loved it. The food, atmosphere, and service were all amazing. We celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff made it incredibly special. They surprised me with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne in our room, and I was also presented with a birthday cake at one of the restaurants. Their thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made me feel truly celebrated. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience and created memories we’ll cherish forever. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend Paradisus La Perla to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable adults-only vacation in Riviera Maya. I want to say special thank you to Angel ! Monica! Diego! Sergio!

We’ve been coming back to this resort every year for the past 4 years, and it never disappoints. We truly love everything about this place! The property is beautifully maintained and always spotless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The food is excellent, with a large variety of delicious options for everyone. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day, making every stay fun and relaxing. We always have an amazing experience here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!
