Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

I used vallet parking for $68 per night but at the end I charged for $108 per night ($40 per night) as amenities fee while I had purchased and paid the reservation completely through expedia I have never been told about this amenities fee

Staff is beyond 5 star.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and had great experiences. This stay however was just…bad. My wife and I checked out around 10:30-11pm because after trying for two hours we were unable to get food at their restaurant, food delivered to our room, silverware and plates delivered to our room. Simple requests that took WAY too long to be delivered. We were starving and when our food arrived at the front desk it was not delivered to us. After 20 minutes of them saying they would bring it up to our room, I finally went down and got it myself. Staff were rude on top of this. Then we got the food up to the room and needed utensils to eat it. We called down and asked for that. After 15 minutes we just left the hotel starving and luckily could just go home down the street so we didn’t have to deal with this horribly slow staff anymore. I called and told management my experience was so bad we had to just leave and not eat or stay the night there. They said they’ve been having staffing issues and were short staffed that night. They offered me nothing except maybe taking care of some drinks or something vague on my NEXT stay if I contact them and tell them. What?! So horrible stay so bad we had to leave the hotel and after ruining our evening we had planned nothing was offered to us. Not good customer service or retention. Employees bad mouthed the company and clearly hated management and hated their jobs because they were being asked to do WAY too much with way too little help.

The penthouse bar & restaurant were awesome. The restaurant menu was fine cuisine at its best. I shall always remember my stay at The Huntley. The most wondrous woman found a creative way to express her love for me. With flowers.from Beverly Hils florist a full Hawaiian lei. Aloha in sourthern California from a New England girl is certainly a unique and memorable gesture. I wore it with many pride up and down California Avenue that night to and from her charity concert.

Clean room, good breakfast selection, excellent experience.. too expensive but a very good hotel.

Great property with large rooms close walking distance to the Santa Monica Beach. Good amenities and friendly hotel service provided.

Everything was fantastic!! We will be back!
