Beautiful, kept clean, great place to relax, everything was too perfect =0 Best part was it wasnt too close to the chaos by the beach, out in the country, great layout.

Upgrade room but pool wasn’t clean I did ask for cleaning but no one do it

Pictures of rooms and property look new ,updated, and clean . But upon arrival after our 22 hour flight from New York the property looked as if a storm had gone through it and the room was dirty ,toilet cracked , mold , and a stench . Very deceiving.

The pool was empty and in poor condition.

Terrible staff

I loved my stay there and the service is so good. The resort is close to any major spot in the island

We stayed recently, this place is advertised as a 4-5 star resort. It is not. The beds are hard. Really hard and uncomfortable. All rooms have the same beds as we enquired. I do not normally complain but this was pretty bad. There was trash not emptied, litter everywhere. The sheets had dirt on them - so the bed was not clean on entry. We spoke to others at the resort and all had cleanliness issues. There was a glass bottle in the pool. Leaves and debris. The tiles on the steps in the pool were all removed and the lattice was left which was rough and unsafe. This place looks to be largely neglected - it is in need of a major overhaul and maintenance. The walkway in the lobby is damaged and gives way a bit when you walk on it. We booked a pool access room for 4 days and had to leave after the second night. We tried to leave after first night but staff made it difficult to cancel - said we needed to go through Expedia, then they ignored expedias attempts to contact them which meant we needed to stay another night. They then tried to say that reception (which is 24hours) couldn’t handle our checkout until the next day and when we got there the next day they tried to pull it again. The hotel refused partial refund for the days we paid for for checking out early. We explained the beds where much too hard (husband also has back issues which made it worse). Was very disappointed. It is sad to see when a place that was probably wonderful 20 years is neglected this badly. Less than 1⭐

Dirty bedding, Vomit and drugs in the room. Staff was extremely rude. Got moved to a “upgraded room” in similar condition but with bugs. Would not refund remaining days. Checked out early anyways. DO NOT STAY HERE!

They property needs major upkeep, from the grounds to the rooms. Cleaning needs to improve. Not changing sheets or towels in a week long stay is awful. Otherwise, beautiful location and warm staff.

Room was dirty. Place doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s dingy. Outdated. Staff is not the nicest
