Excellent location and view. The room is exactly as the pictures and was kept clean. We had a problem where our very heavy bathroom door came off the hinge and cracked, then had no bathroom door the rest of our stay. The server at the restaurant was hard to communicate with and got our order wrong once. Reception staff is not always available. Nothing impacted our trip too much so it was fine. Also there is no private parking for this hotel, not sure why they say there is.

Absolutely Amazing!! The room needs to be seen to be believed… Simona couldn’t have been more helpful and the Restaurant was Devine!

This its really a 5 🌟 hotel every thing was excelente from the moment we arrived at the airport help with the transfer to the hotel the suite the view the breakfast the people close to everything in the area. We were so happy and blessed for staying there. Thanks to the manager for everything God bless you

The location of On the Cliff is great with an amazing sunset view. It is close by to restaurants, bars, shops, and the bus station in Fira. You can arrange transport through the hotel as well as other excursions if you want. There are lots of steep stairs, 50 between where our room was and the restaurant/reception area. The hotel was nice to provide a porter to help with bags, which has to be carried from another street since the hotel is located on a pedestrian street only. It was relatively quiet even though located next to busy bars and restaurants. Our small jacuzzi didn’t seem to get hot at all, so we used it more like a pool. The door to our bathroom was broken by recent guests and hadn’t been repaired fully. We enjoyed eating the complementary breakfast with coffee but didn’t try the On the Cliff restaurant other than for breakfast.

Our family suite was very big! And the staff was very helpful and nice!

We had an absolutely amazing stay for my 50th birthday! The view was breathtaking, and the room was incredibly clean and breakfast platter was delicous. The staffs was beautiful and wonderful and even arranged a fantastic private tour for us, which we really enjoyed. There are also many great restaurants within easy walking distance.We did have a small issue with the hot water when we arrived late noon, but the staff was very responsive and had it fixed within 2 hours. My only disappointment was that we were unable to get a refund for one night's room charge due to our late arrival. Aside from that, everything was great and I would still highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality and location!

We had an incredible stay at On the Cliff. Beautiful property in the perfect location in Fira. Simona (front desk) was beyond helpful and friendly, which made us feel at home prior to us arriving. Highly recommend this spot. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi tub which was breathtaking during sunset. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and surpassed expectations. Thanks simona and the whole team! We hope to be back!

Everything was awesome since before my stay. The owners make sure that all your questions are answered and all of your needs are taken care. The location is great, the view is perfect, the amenities are on point, and the service is outstanding. Definitely recommended!

What are pleasant surprise for my birthday was spending a night at this lovely place! From the lovely Simona to the food ( soo tasty)and the room (with a beautiful sunset view). I wish we could have stayed a full year.
