A nice hotel. Room was a bit dated for 5*. Breakfast was great. gym was good. Pool needs update. Staff friendly. 200 rooms out of commission being refurbished

Amazing Hotel amazing staff it’s a Shangri-La and it never disappoints. I wish I remembered the people who helped us directly, but not one of the people who work in a hotel were rude or nothing. Everybody was so nice so helpful so polite accommodating will continue to stay at Shangri-La’s.

High quality, great service; excellent room, fantastic room service. This is the top choice for me in Kuala Lumpur because of the quality of service, professional and helpful attitude of the staff, especially in the lobby. Centrally located, close to everything. I had a great experience, and highly recommend this hotel.
